Nigal Goodship
Born in 1968, Birmingham (England)
Discovered photography at the age of ten using Kodak Instamatic but never took it seriously until 2009, where due to illness in 2004 could no longer work in manual labour due to an accident in the work place.
Going back into education, rediscovering photography with a movement into abstract expressionism following painters, like Frank Auerbach, Francis Bacon as well as more modern photographers, Annie Leibovitz, Robert Doisneau and William Eggleston.

2009/12 University of Wolverhampton contemporary photographic practice, where he experimented in more abstract photographic images, Graduating in 2012, having exhibited art works in Italy, USA, Portugal. Important capitals like Paris and London
Has been involved with other galleries in the Venice art festivals.
The work made follows both a traditional idea of photographic practice and a more expressionist painter’s view of imagery.
Collaboration with the gallery begins in the spring of 2019.
